Most smart watches from EIGIIS supports Android system 4.4 version or above ;iOS system 8.0 version or above.

The smart watch can synchronize the message notifications received on the phone, and by tapping into the received message notification pop-up you can see the full content of the message.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

Technical + Theme Questions

2. Enable the Bluetooth on phone
3. Open App - Add Device - Choose the correct watch mode - Pair it
4. Allow all the permission
5. Go to Watch - Setting - Enable "Phone: ON"
6. Go to Bluetooth list on your phone - Find out Audio Bluetooth "K22_XXXX" - Connect it

1, Open the app and find watch face(Da Fit)/dial library(FitCouldPro)
2, Upload your photo in the app
3, Adjust the size and suitable position of the photo
4, Click Save

4, Choose the style you like

1, Make sure your watch is properly connected to your phone
2, Open APP - "Alarm"
3, Set the alarm time

Most models have computer functions (KE1/KE2/K22/K55, etc...)

"A1: Fill in accurate personal information on APP ""FitCloudPro"", such as gender, age, height, weight and other information.
A2: Make sure the protective film on the back of the watch is removed.
A3: Enable Elevated Heart Rate Measurement on APP ""FitCloudPro"".
A4: Reset the watch and recheck the data accuracy.
A5: Please allow 3% to 5% accuracy error due to different brand devices and different people. For example, the data detected by Apple Watch is much different from Garmin Watch."
